i have a few questions, if you have the time::
was the piece sculpted or molded?
how did you fire this?
did you fire the stone or place it after firing the piece?

this is a gorgeous pendant.

:) It was sculpted - I generally don't use molds - only when I make copies of natural objects like for example shells). I used a gas stove to fire this piece and the stone was fired in place.

well, it's a natural stone - CaMg(SiO3)2 , 5,5 in Mohs scale. Green version is call chrome because of the fact, that chrome gives it the colour. There are also black star diopsides with four legs star like a cross.
