I just dropped by to visit this beautiful pendant. Your work has such a sylvan peace. You must be part fairy yourself!

It's a lot of fun and sometimes very necessary to make our own tools. My poor husband groaned last week when I brought home an old truck leaf spring I intend to use for carving tools. I'll need access to a hotter flame, a good anvil and a grinding wheel. Some of these are available at a local club while I'll have to be patient for others.

Be careful on the stones that are softer than agate...

Fairy? Who knows :D My ears stick out - is it enough to be a fairy? ;D
I'll be careful with softer stones. I've heard from my friend that it's really difficult to set this way for example opals or other brittle stones.
